Academy Program
A treasure trove of short films starring famous actors! The Academy Program, the very best of Short Films
Since the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science accredited our Film Festival in 2004 as a qualifying festival for the Short Film Academy Awards, we have been showing the best of short films, which have won or were nominated for the Academy Awards.
This tenth anniversary year, we have a great lineup of four films, including a most fantastic film starring Toby Maguire, Uma Thurman and Kiefer Sutherland. Sometimes you can find the most unexpected stars in short films. Making these little discoveries is always fun - it's certainly another way to enjoy Academy short films.
