Korean Music Clip
Korean Music Clip
This year's Korean Music Clip is comprised of two parts. The first is "Music Video World by Korean Film Directors". There will be a special showing of "Without you, I am..." (Singer: Lee Ji-hye) directed by Kim Ki-duk of "Bad Guy" and "Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, And Spring"; "The 21th Century Monolith" (Singer: 015B) directed by Min Byung-chun of "Phantom, the Submarine"; and "Same Thought" (Singer: Shin Hye-sung) directed by Chung Yoon-chul of "Running Boy - Marathon".
The second is "Music Drama", a special program which was enthusiastically received last year, featuring clips that are far more than music videos. This year's clips include: "Sad Promise~Hate You but I Love You" (Singer: Davichi) directed by Cha Eun-taek, starring the charismatic sexy singer Lee Hyo-lee and a representative actress of Korea, Lee Mi-yeon; "How Desperate" (Singer: Koo Jung-hyun), a clip which can be described as the Korean version of "Fight Club" directed by Chan and starring the popular actor, Jung Il-woo; and "To Love One Person" (Singer: O Hyun-rhan) directed by Kim Hong-shik starring the popular actors, Kang Seong-yeon and Lee Sang-woo.
Also this year, programming and commentary for the event will be provided by Masayuki Furuya, a radio DJ and coordinator of music culture exchange between Japan and Korea. There will also be a drawing at the event for DVDs and other prizes.
