Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2010 Let’s Travel Project

Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia and the Japan Tourism Agency will establish a new competition titled “Let’s Travel! Project” in 2010.
The Japan Tourism Agency was founded last year in order to increase domestic travel by the Japanese as well as visits to Japan by international travelers and promote a viable development of tourism in the future.
To contribute to the tourism industry, we propose “short films” as a visual tool to highlight a region’s attractions, culture and history. Using “Travel in Japan” as the theme, we will make a call for submission for next year’s festival.
