Biography
Since 1989, the Kitakyushu Film Commission implemented programs to actively promote the image of Kitakyushu and brought many TV and movie productions to the city. Kazuhiko Kondo, the assistant director for the "Umizaru" series, was invited as a director.

Biography
Ken began making movies when he was 12 years old and moved to the U.S. after graduating high school. He graduated from USC's fi lm school after which he attended AFI as a graduate student. He was awarded the Best Short Award at the SSFF & ASIA 2009 for "Half Kenneth." Currently he is involved as director in a wide variety of projects in L.A.

Biography
Born in 1970, Shinya is a photographer whose main subjects are "People & Nature." An avid outdoors man, he has been climbing and free-diving since high school. Shinya entered the film production arena in 2007.

Biography
Tokiwa directs movies, commercials, anime, and writes scripts. Among his credits are the fi lm "99% No Jisatsu" which stars Itsuji Itao and the music video for the Southern All Stars titled "Film Killerstreet."

Biography
Shoh was born in Sapporo. He was selected for this festival's STOP! Global Warming Competition for two consecutive years (2008 & 2009) and received the Audience Award last year. His four short fi lms won awards in various international film festivals in 2009. He creates films in a wide range of genres.

Biography
She learned scriptwriting at the ENBU seminar and began making music videos as an "indie" artist on music by bands like Kukikodan. Her cinematic directorial debut came in 2005 when she made "Osage no Hondana", one of the fi lms in an omnibus movie titled "Hair Style." His first feature film "Lemon no Koro" was released in 2007.
