Ken Ochiai, who won the Best Short Award in the Japan Competition last year, brought his "Frog in the Well" and many fans.
For our very 1st "Let's Travel! Project" we had a great turn-out and 5 directors came out to greet the audience. Each of the shorts had their own unique take on the wonders of Japan. Some were light-hearted and comical and the rest were very personalized "travel diaries" if you will, taken from the filmmakers' experiences. From Hokkaido to Okinawa to a mountain-top. All vivid, engaging, and absolutely interesting.
