A1 You can watch films and events for free.
A2All programs have day tickets available for about 100 seats.You can join without a reservation. For those who want to secure seats, we accept priority admission for each screening on Peatix. Those who have applied for priority admission on Peatix will also need to exchange for an admission ticket at the reception.
A3 Admission will be done in the order of the numbered ticket from the person who applied for priority admission. After entering the priority entry application, admission will be in the order of the numbers listed on the same day ticket.
A4 All seats are unreserved. We kindly ask you to leave when the screening finishes to allow for next audience members to be seated.
A5 Films will have subtitles in English, Japanese or both languages.
A6 Only drinks with caps are allowed at the venues. Food is not allowed.
A7 Taking photos and videos is prohibited inside the venues, but you may do so at the lobbies.
