An award-winning filmmaker from Manchester, England, Jakob has made work for the BBC, BFI, NETFLIX, Sky, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. He is currently writing his debut feature film for BBC Films, which he will also direct. He was selected for the Brit List 2025 and was made a junior BAFTA member in 2022.
