About the Special Events sponsored and co-sponsored by Japan Cultural Expo and Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia
The Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia (SSFF & ASIA), an Academy Awards®-accredited international short film festival that celebrated its 28th edition this year, will participate in the Japan Cultural Expo 2026 project. Through screenings of short films from Japan and around the world, centered on the themes of “Flowers, Greenery, Agriculture, and Food,” the festival will showcase the diverse attractions of regions across Japan to audiences both at home and abroad.
