Int.Lab began making films in 2025 after discovering generative video AI and became a freelance creator in 2026. Working with a range of AI tools as creative collaborators, Int.Lab makes music videos and experimental short films, with a practice spanning lyrics, composition, video generation and editing.
An interest in how creative expression helps us understand ourselves and the world—and how we share that understanding with others—runs through both the work and the thinking behind it. Int.Lab’s practice draws on art, science, technology and ethics. Under the name Tokio Sasaki, Int.Lab also writes and gives talks on AI and ethics in science.
