Born in Iwate Prefecture in 1997. After studying film at Tohoku University of Art and Design, he moved to Tokyo. He worked as a commercial production manager before becoming a colorist in post-production. His work spans commercials and TV dramas, as well as independent film production and post-production. This film marks his directorial debut in his professional career.
