Five student jury members from the Tokyo Film Center School of Arts will screen and rate the films to select the award winner from international competition
A small-town police officer dreams of being a hero. As his peaceful village offers no opportunity for heroism, he decides to take matters into his own hands. He puts up a traffic light on a rarely used bridge in the middle of nowhere.

Giulio, actor, writer and producer was born in Milan, 1965. After his A-levels he was educated at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule in Munich. He played at different theatres in Germany and started his career in TV and film. In 2000 he founded the Naked Eye Film Production company with Sabine Lamby.
