NEO JAPAN Program
As the number of Japanese submissions has risen over the years, the festival committee also came to realize an increasing level of quality in those films. Especially in 2009, where Japanese films won in two categories at the Academy® Awards. Now Japanese films and filmmakers have drawn a renewed focus and attention from around the world!! Once again this year, the festival will host the “NEO JAPAN Program” as a non-competition category to introduce talented Japanese filmmakers and their films. This program will offer, once again, the wonderful opportunity to see the fresh talent and vision of young Japanese filmmakers! ※Not all films will have English subtitles.

Seventh Heaven is an organization formed by the leaders of advanced nations. Their assassins group, the Serpents, have kidnapped the leader of Japan to disrupt the organization. To save the day, the organization calls in the legendary "Cobra".
