What is happening around the world today? This year's SSFF&ASIA award winning filmmakers will introduce you to issues about the environment, race, religion, domestic violence and more.
Brotherhood
Mohamed is a hardened shepherd living in rural Tunisia with his wife and two sons. Mohamed is deeply shaken when his oldest son Malik returns home after a long journey with a mysterious new wife. Tension between father and son rises over three days until reaching a breaking point.
Dulce
In coastal Colombia, a mother teaches her daughter how to swim so that she may go to the mangroves and harvest the piangua shellfish with the other women in the village.
No one but I know
Takato, a 14 year old boy, decides to protect his mother from his abusive father. One day, he wakes up and finds his father dead. He puts in all his efforts to make sure his mother isn't seen as a suspect.
Fourth Wall
“Fourth Wall” is the side of the society that remains invisible, but similar throughout the globe. The only significant difference is people’s characteristics. A world that is reproducing it self in order to produce, surviving rather instinctively. The film is based on the notes of a ten-month trek.

A group of friends decide to have their own “World Cup” on the main square of their town in the South of Italy. However, an Italian national team made by immigrants insists to be the Italian team as well. Two Italian national teams compete then in one “World Cup”. Who will be the winner?
