Breaking is visually impressive. Our team worked very hard to capture the charm and the dynamic energy of the dances. Besides the visuals, the film will hit the audience with a poignant emotional journey with our protagonist. This film’s emotional core is the multilayered struggles of our protagonist, from protecting the loving relationship with his son, to escaping his past wounds with his abusive father, to his pursuits of his unfulfilled dreams. We also explores the shift of culture within the Breaking community, where after the announcement of its inclusion in the Olympics, it is shifting from a culture of self expression and freedom, to a competitive sport where scores matter most.
