We think one of the biggest draws to our film is ‘Motmot’, our gentle giant monster and the main character of the film. He is the literal manifestation of not being able to fit in society. He’s too big to go anywhere! But most of all, to highlight the “one size fits all” way of the world that clearly does not work for every single person. We also love Motmot because bringing him and his fictional world to life allowed us to work with practical effects, puppetry, and an incredibly talented and creative cast and crew.
