SHORT SHORTS FILM FESTIVAL & ASIA 2015

A full house of fans was in attendance for the premiere of Takeru’s short film or long form music video titled “We Cry Out HELLYEAH.” After screening the film, Takeru came out on stage much to the delight of the fans. He told the audience that for him, making a short film was like drawing a story on a blank canvas as opposed to making a music video which is matching a visual world to go with the lyrics in a limited amount of time that is the length of the song. He incorporated a live shot of his band on stage at the end of his short film to give it a live action narrative AND documentary feel.  If this short film is any indication, I really think it won’t be long before we see a feature form this multi-talented artist.
